BACKGROUND
Carla spent ten years as a management consultant with Ernst & Young where she became well versed in helping clients with strategic issues, influenced a changing internal culture and advocated for corporate social responsibility. In her roles as VP of development and of marketing at United Way, Carla leveraged both her passion and expertise to drive internal marketing innovation, to deliver corporate social responsibility value across accounts, and to create the organization's volunteer-engagement team. And as a graduate of The University of Alabama, she admits to being rightly obsessed with college football.

BACKGROUND
Tyler has always been guided by her creative spirit, equipping herself with degrees from both New World School of the Arts and Berklee College of Music. After developing her philanthropic expertise at United Way of Miami-Dade and obtaining a masters in marketing from Northwestern University, she went on to sharpen her strategic skills at two of Chicago's premier ad agencies. At FCB, she led brand strategy for Sharpie and Valspar Paint and later at Cavalry, oversaw the strategy behind MillerCoors innovations pipeline. In her spare time, Tyler can be found writing music, learning Italian and more often than not, exploring what she can of the awe-inspiring world.

BACKGROUND
Born in Poland, Marta received her BA in Film & Television Studies and MA in Creative & Media Enterprises at the University of Warwick in England. She returned to Warsaw and embarked on a 7-year career at the country's leading media corporation, TVN/ITI. Having played sports all her life Marta started out as a sports reporter and then went on to negotiate TV rights contracts, manage the programming and acquisitions strategy of Poland's first VOD online platform and help rebrand and re-launch Poland's leading lifestyle channel. After moving to Miami, Marta spent a year leading the fundraising efforts for the finance industry at the United Way of Miami-Dade, where she discovered the fascinating world of philanthropy.
